The principle of impregnating carbon graphite is to press the impregnating agent into the pores of the carbon graphite material under high temperature and high pressure conditions to form a network structure and block the pores, thereby improving various properties of the material. Specifically, the impregnation process includes the following key steps and principles:

‌Preparation before dipping‌: including blank processing, rinsing, low-temperature baking, etc. Blank processing is to process graphite rods into tubes, leaving a processing allowance; flushing is to use compressed air or tap water to clean surface dust; low-temperature baking is to remove moisture in the pores.
