Carbon Graphite Seal Ring for Mechanical Seal is a key sealing element used in mechanical seal systems. It mainly performs the functions of sealing dynamic and static rings and reducing friction, and is suitable for various pumps, compressors and rotating equipment.
Products Advantages
Self-lubricating properties: Utilizing a high-purity carbon graphite microcrystalline structure, it exhibits a low coefficient of friction (typically ≤0.15) and forms a stable lubricating film during operation.
Corrosion resistance: It demonstrates excellent resistance to water, oil, steam, and various weak acid and weak alkali media, making it suitable for complex media environments such as chemical and petrochemical industries.
Good sealing performance: The material density is controlled through isostatic pressing or high-temperature molding processes (up to ≥1.80 g/cm³), resulting in low porosity and minimal risk of leakage.
